PALAIS-HOTEL ERZHERZOG JOHANN, Graz – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although spacious, seemed like they needed urgent renovation. On the plus side, the service was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the old town, but a bit challenging to find by car. Dining options were limited, but the facilities were enjoyable.

I stayed at this hotel on the second floor and while the room could benefit from a remodeling as it had a very 70s vibe, it was worth half the price paid primarily because of the fantastic location. The service was perfect, the staff were very kind and nice, and the check-in and check-out processes went smoothly. The location was excellent, especially if you want to stay in the heart of the city and be within minutes of the main square, shopping, and attractions. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvements.
