Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although spacious, seemed like they needed urgent renovation. On the plus side, the service was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the old town, but a bit challenging to find by car. Dining options were limited, but the facilities were enjoyable.
I stayed at this hotel on the second floor and while the room could benefit from a remodeling as it had a very 70s vibe, it was worth half the price paid primarily because of the fantastic location. The service was perfect, the staff were very kind and nice, and the check-in and check-out processes went smoothly. The location was excellent, especially if you want to stay in the heart of the city and be within minutes of the main square, shopping, and attractions. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvements.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. While the rooms had an old and decadent charm with a grand piano, they were a bit loud. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to solve an internet issue. The location was superb, right in the heart of the city. The dining experience was decent but lacked variety, and the facilities were average.
The hotel is centrally located, right next to a bustling square and within easy reach of transportation options. The rooms, unfortunately, suffered from noise issues due to a pub below, but they were generally clean except for a random chewing gum encounter. The staff was kind, professional, and made efforts to rectify booking mistakes promptly. The dining area offered a decent selection, albeit experiencing occasional congestion. Overall, it's a mixed bag with some drawbacks offset by good service and location.
The hotel is located in the heart of Graz, offering a fantastic price/performance ratio with its central position amidst the old town and close to the river Mur. The rooms are spacious and clean, adapting well to the historic building. The service is friendly, though faced challenges with reservations but later resolved the issue. The dining options, while convenient, could use improvement to avoid bottlenecks at peak times. The hotel facilities are well-kept and offer a variety of services.
